Care here is intentionally individualized. There are no standardized treatment plans. Your therapy is shaped around your nervous system, history, values, and pace.

You work directly with Andi Cabello, LMFT, in a discreet boutique practice designed for depth, steadiness, and meaningful change.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one trauma-informed psychotherapy for adults navigating emotional overwhelm, relational wounds, and the long-term effects of difficult experiences.

This work may support you in:

Processing relational and developmental trauma,

Healing childhood emotional neglect,

Reducing anxiety and emotional reactivity,

Reclaiming boundaries and self-trust,

EMDR Therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a research-supported approach that gently supports the brain in reprocessing distressing experiences, allowing emotional charge to soften and resilience to grow.

EMDR may be supportive for:

Complex trauma (C-PTSD),

PTSD and single-incident trauma,

Relational trauma,

Anxiety rooted in past experiences,

and/or Emotional overwhelm and burnout.

Rates & Payment

Sessions are $230 per 50-minute session.
Limited sliding-scale openings are occasionally available upon request.

The Listening Garden Psychotherapy is a private-pay boutique practice and does not accept insurance. Payment is due at the time of service.

Therapy is currently offered through secure online sessions to adults located anywhere in California. This allows you to engage in consistent, grounded care from the comfort of your own space.
